Nick Gallagher is an associate at the firm, and his primary areas of practice include commercial real estate transactions with an emphasis on commercial leases, business law, and landlord-tenant litigation.
He earned his undergraduate degree (magna cum laude) and his MBA from the University of Maryland at College Park and his law degree from the University of Maryland at Baltimore City. Nick is a former member of the Fairfax County Board of Equalization of Real Estate Values. Born in Los Angeles, Nick moved to the Washington area in 1967, and currently lives with his wife of 23 years and his son, Kyle, just south of Old Town, Alexandria. His daughter, Lindsay, recently graduated from the University of Virginia, and is currently spending a year teaching English in South Korea. Nick has a passion for music and is the lead guitarist with a couple of local bands. He also has been a loyal Redskins fan since the age of five.
